OpenWorks Engineering is a hi-tech product engineering company specialising in security and counter terrorism products.

Brief
As part of their expansion plan, we were commissioned to develop, script and produce a series of eight energetic recruitment films to attract graduate engineers to this exciting young business. The brief was to present the company as an attractive alternative to bigger blue-chip engineering firms, focussing on OpenWorks’ internal culture and the high quality work-life balance they offer employees.

1 x 3 minute web video and a suite of ~30 second social media spots, each focussing on a different recruitment message.
